Of course, yoga is well known for its offering of poses to help make us more flexible! Flexibility can actually help us avoid injury and even make some daily tasks a little easier. Better spine flexibility is also an important aspect of having a healthy back. This class is only about 20 minutes in length and should work well for yoga students of all levels. Feel free to hit the mat with Kim and find your stretch! Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide-Legged Forward Fold Pose), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), Trikonasana (Triangle), and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
