Breath and breathing are a vital part of your yoga practice! Learning to control your breath will make your practice stronger and make it easier to become still and relaxed. This class will introduce you to several Pranayama breathing techniques that are widely used by many yogis. Pranayama breathing exercises are used to help create the flow of Prana or “Life Force” up the spine. There are several different techniques including Ujjayi Breath. This video is beginner oriented and all breathing takes place from a seated posture. So, jump in and discover the power of Prana and Pranayama breathing exercises with Drinie.
