Intermediate Yoga Classes

28m
Most of us yogis love a good flow class! One of the beautiful aspects of yoga is that it can keep you grounded but it can also keep you moving! In this class, Ariana will focus on flow at a steady pace and fewer words. She will still offer guidance but hopefully, give you a little more time to focus on the breath. We would consider this class to be an Intermediate class. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Anjaneyasana (Crescent Pose), Malasana (Yogi Squat), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Camatkarasana (Wildthing Pose), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
