Instructor Katie Baki has a real passion for Yin Yoga and all of its many benefits. In this class, Katie will guide you and your mind through a nice steady class geared to help detox and stretch the body. In Yin, we practice holding the poses longer and focus on controlling the breath! Most Yin classes are suited for the beginner, but some find slowing down and breathing to be a nice challenge. If you're ready to slow your roll, detox, and stretch, then hit the mat with Katie. Poses include Uttana Shishosana (Puppy Pose), Salamba Bhujangasana (Sphinx Pose), Seal Pose, Balasana (Child's Pose), and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
