Most of us are more familiar with saluting the sun in yoga classes with the traditional Sun Salutations. However, sometimes it can be useful to do the opposite and practice a Moon Flow. This class offers the chance to try some cooling Moon Salutations and you'll wrap up the class with a little taste of Yin! We would consider this class to be an Intermediate level sequence with a few moves that might challenge the true beginner. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Malasana (Yogi Squat), Uttana Shishosana (Puppy Pose), Low Lunge, Phalakasana (Plank Pose), and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
