There's no doubt that most of us can benefit from a tension release or energy increase after a long day stuck at work, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting behind a desk! Hopefully, this short sequence with Ariana will help clear the mind and create fresh energy to finish off your day! We would consider this a beginner level flow and a couple of yoga blocks will be handy. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Anjaneyasana (Crescent Pose), Kumbhakasana (Plank Pose), Malasana (Yogi Squat), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
