Chances are like most people you likely struggle with maintaining good posture. It's easy to catch ourselves slumping at our desks or simply just not standing up straight throughout the day. Poor posture can have a negative impact on us physically and let's face it, poor posture just looks bad! Yoga offers a variety of poses that can help to remind us to strive for good posture, and yoga can also help strengthen the core, back, and neck which is beneficial in attaining great posture. This class is 30 minutes in length and offers mostly poses for the beginner. Poses include Sukhasana (Easy Pose), Uttana Shishosana (Puppy Pose), Low Lunge, Uttanasana (Standing Forward Fold), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose) and more.
