Yoga For Stress! Naturally, stress will find a way to enter our lives on a daily basis, most of the time it's simply unavoidable. Many yoga students find that their yoga practice is an excellent way to combat stress. Many types of yoga have been found to be helpful with stress, it's really a personal preference. In this class, Ariana provides a short mixed-level flow with poses she feels can help de-stress and renew your body and mind. The sequence is slow-paced and offers a variety of postures for both beginner and intermediate students. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Halasana (Plow Pose), Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide-Legged Forward Fold), Low Lunge, and more.
